This is an eco-friendly purpose-built retreat center in Kohala, on the Big Island of Hawaii, that features a boutique hotel fashioned after 19th century Hawaiian palaces. There is a lovely courtyard, view of the ocean, salt-water swimming pool, hot tub, walking trails, beach access, and on-site spa treatments. The facility is located on 50 acres and produces its own electricity (wind-generated) and organic food: vegetables, goat cheese and free-range grass-fed beef. Meals are prepared in the fabulous kitchen by professional chefs that use the food grown on the property to create beautiful, delicious cuisine!
About Molly:
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to study with some of the world’s most influential instructors including my primary teachers Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty. I’ve also completed teacher trainings with Don Stapelton from Nosara Yoga Institute, and Annie Carpenter of Smart Flow Yoga. I credit Annie for giving me the skills to teach intentional alignment and sequencing, Don for the ability to encourage self-inquiry and Chuck for helping me to find the unity in all things.
Ultimately, Molly believes that the yoga mat is a microcosm for who you are. It’s not about how good you are at handstands or how flexible you are, it’s about how you approach life. Yoga reveals this and so much more. It’s about discovering who you are—in spite of the pose—and finding acceptance right then and there in that very moment. I hope to meet you there soon. About Amanda:
Amanda loves watching students light up from the practice of yoga! Her mission as a teacher is to help others recognize that mindfulness can take many forms and may be cultivated in a myriad of ways, such as yoga, martial arts, meditation, self-care, or by simply (simply…ha!) being present in everything that you do! She teaches heart-centered classes that range from upbeat to serious, humble to powerful, and everything in-between. Her specialty is breaking down asana and vinyasa into manageable steps to suit each individual, and encouraging you to OWN your practice as it needs to exist in each breath without comparing yourself to the person next to you, trying to live up to your previous practice, or shutting down when something challenges you. Amanda is also a Certified Ayurveda Counselor, through the American Institute of Vedic Studies, and often incorporates the ancient holistic practices of Ayurveda into her teaching. She believes that the genuine practice of yoga intensifies when you leave your mat and looks forward to helping you establish this awareness, too, for a healthier lifestyle and more content outlook on life!
Molly is a wonderful instructor. She demonstrates when needed but can also get you into a pose with her detailed language. Molly knows when and where to make adjustments without making you feel like you're doing every pose incorrectly. She is wonderful with alignment cues to prevent pain or injury but still brings fun to the class. I loved learning so much from her.

Molly offered clear and integral instruction. She was knowledgeable in Sanskrit and chakra's, and offered us instruction in all the more spiritual aspects of yoga without dogma. She was a highly experienced instructor, a devoted/passionate teacher and practitioner. I valued her presentations and learned a lot from her.

Molly has a presence that can't be ignored. Her fiery passion captivates a room whether she's teaching a flow class or a restorative practice. Clear and precise she maintains a mindful alignment throughout all of her teachings.

Molly is alive, dynamic and seasoned as a teacher...a role model for living yoga is a lively, yet deeply integrated manner. The 200 YTT with Liz was excellent. Molly's teaching is direct, intuitive, adapted to individual need and spot on. I will be taking future classes with her.
